Hyderabad: Kolkata Knight Riders beats Auckland Aces by 2 runs in today's Champions League Twenty20 second qualifiers match at Hyderabad.
Batting first, Kolkata Knight Riders set a target of 122 runs for Auckland Aces scoring 121 losing six wickets in 20 overs.
The Auckland Aces needed 16 runs off the final 10 balls, and with Adams at the crease, it looked decidedly possible. The experienced Kallis, however, finished off that over with two low full tosses and two yorkers that only earned the Aces 5 runs finishing the innings with 119/6.
