Take all the parties calls for a new bill Lokpal
Prime Minister in his opening speech, said a strong govt Lokpal bill favors and wants the Standing Committee shall examine the accounts of a broad national consensus on the substance to develop.
He said Anna's quick and ill health are a concern for all involved.
He further said that the recent developments have raised questions of the functioning of parliamentary democracy.
Prime Minister informed the leaders of all parties, that team Anna requested a written assurance to convince them with a timetable to Hazar, to end his fast.
Three members of the team Arvind Kejriwal Anna, Kiran Bedi and Prashant Bhushan talks with Law Minister Salman Khurshid, who is from East Delhi MP Sandeep Dikshit and Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit was accompanied by a close advisor Pawan Khera.
"It was a very good meeting, but there is nothing concrete," Khurshid said.
"There is no immediate solution. Talks are continuing. It will be further discussions," said Bhushan.
Bedi said there was no forward movement on three sticky topics citizen's charter, including the lower bureaucracy and the establishment of Lokayukta in the state by Lokpal.
Earlier in the day, Hazar on the three themes set and said he would continue his fast until all its demands are met.
Meanwhile, concerns mounted about the health Hazar, after he refused to advise doctors to administer an intravenous drip down again on Wednesday morning, although he increased his intake of liquid.
"After his increased consumption of fluids to stabilize his health. We have allowed the medical team on full alert. We keep a strict watch on his health," said Dr. Naresh Trehan told reporters at the Ramlila ground to test him.
